I've spent my career in the room where the ask happens.

I believe proximity creates luck. The people you're near, the rooms you're in, the relationships you build before you need them, that's what puts opportunity within reach. My work, whether I'm helping a nonprofit close a major gift, advising a fund on capital raising, or bringing together women who invest in venture and women who want to, is about closing that distance for other people. I've always built community, from convening women in and around VC to organizing events like Women + AI.

I also serve on nonprofit boards, including as a Founding Board Member of Kol HaAdama, which keeps me on the other side of the table, thinking about what boards actually need from the people raising money for them.

I got my start in fundraising at Columbia Business School, then moved to NYU, where I fundraised for a range of schools and programs including the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute and the NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. I had the privilege of raising for the cancer center at NYU Langone Health, and earlier served as the lead fundraiser for Columbia/Barnard Hillel. Along the way, I built NYU's NextGen Wealth Cohort, a program designed to bring a new generation of donors into rooms they hadn't been invited into before.

Today I run an independent consulting practice, working with nonprofits, funds, and individuals on the full spectrum of raising and giving. That includes major gifts strategy for nonprofits, capital introduction support for funds, and philanthropic advising for individuals and families thinking through what to do with significant wealth, including the specific, high stakes moment of a liquidity event.

I split my time between New York City and Tel Aviv. I grew up in Queens, so I come from a diverse community, and I have deep ties across the Israeli innovation and philanthropic community.
